ZILBAHAR Return & Exchange Policy

7-Day Returns & Exchanges

At ZILBAHAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Unstitched Products:

Unstitched suits may be returned or exchanged within 7 days, provided the fabric is completely unused, unstitched, uncut, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Stitched or Altered Products:

Once an unstitched suit has been stitched, cut, altered, washed or otherwise modified, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items:

Products that have been used, washed, damaged, altered, stitched or cut are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact ZILBAHAR customer care as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the item.
